● When you use the site, we may request you to create an account to process your TDLABS programme.
● Data is also collected when users register for the TDLABS programme service on the Mobile App through platforms such as Google Play Store & Apple Store.
● Location data will only be collected once the user grants permission to access device location services.
● Location data will only be collected once the permission to access device location services is granted and allowed by the user.
● Data is collected when the user registers or subscribes to our RTK Antigen Self-Test product.
● Data is collected when the user registers interest in receiving information about our products and/or services through our online portals or other available channels.

● Please note that we do not collect any personal or sensitive user data without the adequate and prominent disclosure and consent required by Google Play. The permissions listed below are requested to enable specific functionalities within the app, and we ensure that user data accessed through these permissions is handled in compliance with privacy regulations and user consent requirements.
● Camera(required for capturing video during the self-test process): The app needs access to your device's camera to allow you to capture video during the self-test process. This video is used to generate the SIMKA verification report, ensuring accurate and reliable results.
● Files(required for accessing external storage to save the SIMKA verification report): The app requires access to your device's external storage to save the SIMKA verification report securely. This allows you to conveniently retrieve and review the generated report whenever needed.
● Images(required for accessing external storage to save the SIMKA verification report): The app needs access to your device's image storage to save the SIMKA verification report. This ensures that the report is accessible and can be easily shared or viewed by you.
● GPS Location(required to track workouts, find nearest health facilities, vending machines, and enable location-based services with explicit user permission): The app requests permission to access your device's GPS location. This enables the app to track your workouts accurately, providing detailed information on distance covered, route taken, and other location-related data. With your explicit permission, this also allows the app to find the nearest health-facilities in case of emergencies, locate nearby vending machines, and provide other location-based services that enhance your user experience.
● Activity Recognition(required for tracking exercise activity and sleep patterns): The app utilizes activity recognition to track your exercise activity and sleep patterns. By monitoring your physical activity.
