For a full refund or exchange, mail out your item within 7 days from the receipt of original order. Items cannot be returned, exchanged or refunded after 7 days from the receipt of original order. Items must be returned in the same condition that you received it and must be in their original packaging such as packaging bags and boxes. Your item needs to have the receipt or proof of purchase
Once we receive your item, we will inspect it and notify you that we have received your returned item. We will immediately notify you on the status of your refund after inspecting the item. If your return in approved, we will initiate a refund to your credit card (or original method of payment). You will received the credit within a certain amount of days, depending on your card issuers policies.
Processing Time, Allow 3-4 business days processing time for your order to ship. Shipping cost is RM10.00, primary deliver via POS Malaysia or J&T Express Malaysia or 3rd party delivery service provider in Malaysia. You will be responsible for paying for your own shipping costs flat returning your item. Shipping costs are non-refundable. If you receive a refund, the cost of return shipping will be deducted from your refund.
